Terms of Service

AgentFlow is an AI-assisted project delivery platform. It orchestrates AI agents across an eight-stage pipeline to help you plan and build projects. Output is generated by AI and may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

You agree to use AgentFlow in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or other users.

You may connect your own AI provider API keys. You are responsible for your use of those providers and any associated costs and terms. We are not liable for provider availability, output, or charges.

You retain ownership of the content and projects you create. You grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide the service. AgentFlow and its branding remain our property.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output is not professional advice. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service.

We may modify these terms or the service over time. We may suspend or end the service, and you may stop using it and delete your account at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
